A high quality, high performance product maintaining the fragrance and original flavour of cakes and pastries, while ensuring perfect baking and appearance. Multi-functional, elegant in appearance, shape and graphics (personalizable on request), ecological and recyclable. They are produced on automated lines of high precision which allow to have minimal tolerances by which they are suitable to be used together with automated unstacking machines.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- use of pure cellulose virgin paper - not recycled
- resistance to grease
- micro-perforations in the base to release excess humidity
- printed decorations using alcohol-proof inks that resist high temperatures
- maintenance of the product’s shape
- even baking throughout the product
- resistance to high and low temperatures, from –40° to 220°C.
- hygiene and safety: iFornostampi comply with international food regulations
OPERATIONAL FEATURES
